I stay in several different Choice hotels but this one has always been clean and comfortable. The staff is very customer oriented and will take care of all of your needs!

Amazing for what I paid. Better weekend stay and the 2 weeks I spent at the other place. I work nights but am off the weekend and felt pretty comfortable here.

Stayed here this past weekend. The man at the front desk was very helpful and willing to get us what we needed (i.e. extra towels and pillows). The room wasn't too bad besides the uncomfortable beds. I'd stay here again.

An upgrade in the free breakfast service would be nice, but the room was clean and had everything I needed.

Staff was kind. Room smelled like strong cleaning products and ancientness, but it was clean. No pool, no continental breakfast. At least they had some coffee and snacks (granola bars, butra grain bars, and 2 honey buns).

The staff I deal with after work are so nice (Ernest&Jess) every time they take time to build repor with their clients that makes people feel good when going to an establishment. I had/have no complaints!

I have to keep it real for everyone. This place is really, very nice. The folks that run the place are outstanding. They where Courteous, polite, friendly, and helpful all that stuff. I was looking for an inexpensive place for 1 night. When I think inexpensive I'm wondering is crime tape up anywhere within a couple of blocks of the place. That wasn't the case at all! As I said on the outset, it's a really nice place to stay, and Don't do what I did; go eat the Continental breakfast, with waffles. A couple people said it was great too. Be easy y'all!

Despite what I had been told about this location I was surprised . Having stayed in one in Garden City that was over run with what every thing that could be the antithesis for peace and quiet this was a refreshing surprise. The room was nicely taken care of, the staff Ernst went out of his way, and the room was clean and comfortable. This definitely is a standard and a preferred. The property is quiet at night. The only downside and I don't feel like it is the properties fault is there are some people roaming the property during the day that appear to be homeless and engaged in illegal activity. However, it is not anywhere near the issue that is at the property across the street and quite frankly is probably the overflow from the Budgetel. However, law enforcement is around and with a few exceptions the City of Gainesville PD has some excellent officers like Spadaro, Tate, Bostick, and a very kind officer who unfortunately I dont know his name that was the last person to remind me I was appreciated. You really have to give this location a chance and Ernest is a very sweet man.
